Dana is passionate about two things: nurturing people to peace and wholeness through Christ, and growing leaders who grow leaders. As a spiritual director, Dana holds peaceful, safe, and accepting space for people to find hope and healing so they learn more about themselves, their relationship with God and with others.

Dana also serves in the government sphere. She works today from her hometown in Kansas, working to revitalize the community she grew up in while remotely serving individuals and communities of believers around the world. As a consultant, she comes alongside teams and individuals to enable them to embrace change head on by grounding them in their roots, listening to -- yet pushing past -- their fears, and empowering them into their next season of growth. From the smallest rural community to national agricultural organizations, Dana is known for establishing calm and order, which allows trust, hope, and vision to grow.
